Rock Calendar

With this project, I tried to create something that would educate my generation on the importance of classic rock music, showing how it has influenced the music we have today. Each page of this 2020 calendar highlights a different band and lists a modern song that samples it from this band, creating a bridge between past and current pop culture, making it relatable to both older and newer generations. Additionally, instead of marking holidays, each band’s spread has a few highlighted dates that are significant to its history.
