Breckenridge
Breckenridge ski resort has grown to be one of the most popular locations for winter sports in the US. I decided to redesign the Breckenridge brand from an elegant, formal design to a en edgier, sportier look that is slightly more inviting to a thrill seeker. I began with the logo, before creating a new lift ticket and lanyard design. I also created a billboard design to sway Coloradans and nearby tourists to check out the Breckenridge area.
Lift ticket
The lift ticket includes a sleeker design more consistent with the new branding, as well as a scannable QR code to replace the outdated barcode. The lanyard includes updated aesthetics as well, including a detachable keychain for if a rider decides to use it outside of the resort for their car or house keys.
Billboard
This billboard uses the new logo as well as angled lines to symbolize different slopes, organizing the imagery and copy on the board in a way that actively incorporate the newer, more exciting branding visuals.
