Tommy Bahama
Tommy Bahama is a popular island-style clothing company. Aside from clothing, Tommy Bahama sells items such as beach chairs, home goods, and rum. This shopping bag highlights the company’s history in the rum industry, as Tommy Bahama released two rum varieties in the 2000s that eventually went on to win awards at the 2010 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The design uses an aged wood grain, similar to that of a rum barrel. Additionally, the pattern is overlaid with an image of the ocean and map of the Bahamas, which is the company’s namesake.
Continuing with the concept of rum production, each bag would come with a recipe card for a recipe that uses either Tommy Bahama White Sand or Tommy Bahama Golden Sun
The tissue paper in the bag has a map of the Bahamas printed onto it, which serves as the original inspiration for the Tommy Bahama brand
